Shipping Policy

All physical product orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Flat rate shipping: $4.50 within the United States only.

Free shipping: Orders of $75 or more within the United States will automatically be applied at checkout.

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

International shipping is not currently available.

Digital Downloads

Digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped.

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your file. In most cases, this email is sent immediately after checkout. If you do not see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience any issues accessing your file, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your physical order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your physical order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at creativerise4@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
